Fellow Patriots!
Thank you all for coming Sunday and a huge welcome to all the new friends!
Here is the meeting recap:
San Juan Basin Health Violation Report – Attached is a copy of the “violation” report that clearly states “San Juan Basin Public Health and law enforcement in both counties ENCOURAGE VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE with these public health orders”. Let’s reiterate VOLUNTARY! When they send a law enforcement official to your business to tell you to follow these “rules” they are using the color of law to intimidate and coerce you into compliance. This is Domestic Terrorism. Educate them on your Rights and give them the Don’t Tread on Me form (second attachment).
5-Star Program – The Town of Pagosa Springs is supporting a measurement that would require businesses to go above and beyond the normal restaurant procedures. This would include extreme sanitary measures, mandatory temp checks, mask wearing, taking your customers information and giving it to the Government. This is just short of Communism. You ARE NOT required to do any of this to run your business. Remember, these are NOT laws. These are guidelines and you can pick and choose what you want to comply with or NOT COMPLY at all! They continue to introduce measures like this because we are not pushing back. We NEED TO SAY NO and run your business as you see fit! The Town needs to HEAR you say NO to this! READ it HERE.
CDC Town Partnership – The Town of Pagosa Springs has been sponsored by the CDC since 2015. READ it HERE.
Portable Road Signs – We have a petition to remove the variable signs that promote health advice at the edges of Town. The Town spent $28,386 on two signs displaying health advice when every business has the same flyer hanging up in their windows If you have not signed it yet, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! We need all the signatures we can get for their removal!
Just Stay Open with Peggy Hall – If my business friends are interested in attending a zoom seminar hosted by Peggy Hall, let me know. With Peggy you will: Learn the laws that protect you and your business (OPEN TODAY), get exact documents, learn what to say, learn legal strategies and have access to vetted attorneys who are fighting for you! If this sounds like something you would be interested in, the cost would be $150 per participant with a 10 participant max.
Durango Rally – Pagosa friends traveled to Durango to peacefully protest SJBH and their tyrannical orders on January 14th. It was a good turn out with the PD being called. We made the front page of the Durango Herald. Read the article. Get familiar with it. We are taking further action which we will share once it has been sorted out.
