We have an urgent request! The Pagosa Springs Sheriff department has UNLAWFULLY detained our friend Koli.
We need EVERYONE to call the Undersheriff Derek Woodman IMMEDIATELY!
Call the Pagosa Springs Sheriff’s office and state the following (leave a message if you have to!):
“I have been made aware that Derek Woodman is in possession of sworn testimony that evidences the unlawfulness of the arrest warrant that is being used to deprive Nicholas Kazarinoff of his freedom. The only lawful action the Sheriff could take at this point is to release Nicholas Kazarinoff until the lawfulness of the arrest warrant can be justly determined.“
