A special THANK YOU to Jimmy who provided amazing knowledge when it comes to affidavit writing. For those who were not able to attend the meeting, our friend Jimmy provided information on why it is important to start filing affidavits and how to complete them. We will be scheduling another affidavit workshop to go over how to complete an AFFIDAVIT of FACT. Will update once we have a place and time.
I also wanted to share these resources for you again. It is important to read and retain this information.
Things included in this email in order:
1) Notice of Discrimination – this is an educational piece to complete against anyone who has discriminated against you by denying your right to freely move, denying your entry to a place of business due to not wearing a mask or anyone who has assaulted or harassed you. You complete this form then file this complaint with the Department of Justice (HERE) and the local Police Department.
2) Public Accommodation – This is the definition of a public accommodation (#2 & #3 definitions are one attachment). If a business is open to where anyone can walk in, they are considered PUBLIC and NOT allowed to discriminate. A private business would be a place where you need to complete an application to become a member (private golf club, church synagogue).
3) Criminal Trespass – This is where our local officials seem to be confused when it comes to issuing citations regarding this. READ and become knowledgeable of the actual laws!
4) San Juan Basin Violation Report – Notice how it states they encourage VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE! Ask the Officer to READ that paragraph and hand them the ‘Don’t Tread On Me’ form (#5). It is voluntary and by sending an officer to try and coerce you into compliance, is domestic terrorism.
5) Don’t Tread on Me – Hand to anyone who is trying to violate your rights!
6) OSHA Regulations – OSHA is very strict about having medical evaluations BEFORE you are able to wear any type of PPE. Note what the oxygen levels should be at different altitudes. OSHA still does not approve any type of PPE for the general population. Anyone telling you to wear a mask without a medical evaluation or is not your physician, is practicing medicine without a license which is a FELONY!
7) Covid Facts – I love to include this piece for educational purposes. To date, the covid “virus” has NEVER been isolated or purified – so what exactly are they testing for!? Also note, the PCR tests were NEVER designed to detect any sort of virus. It was to duplicate DNA. I highly suggest researching this subject.
8) Employer/Employee Questions – Questions to ask your employers if they are trying to make you take a Covid test, vaccine or even take your temperature. Are they insured to cover you if you take their medical advice and you die? Have adverse reactions – passing out, getting sick etc? These are questions to ponder if you are a business owner as well.
9) Medical Interventions – Another template to review and start asking questions!
10) No Consent Form – Remember, you are protected by your Patient Bill of Rights to refuse ANY medical recommendation as you deem fit! Be prepared before you walk into your doctor’s office. Call ahead. Have them read the Patient Bill of Rights to YOU!
11) Sheriff’s Handbook – Get familiar with this! Read! Sheriff Valdez has made the comment that he will issue citations if a business wants them to and will let you work out your RIGHTS in COURT! This is unacceptable. He took an OATH to UPHOLD our Constitutional Rights. By making this statement, he is violating his oath of office.
12) Affidavit Class Handout – Reasons why affidavits are so powerful.
13) Affidavit of Status Template – This is what we went over in detail during the last meeting.
14) Constitutionally Compliant – Perfect to hang up at local businesses!
15) Civil Rights Protection – You have the legal right to enter, shop and be served at a business – protected by LAW WITHOUT covering your face.
