FTC U.S.C. 15 – It is unlawful to advertise that a product or service can prevent, treat, or cure human disease unless you possess competent and reliable scientific evidence, including, when appropriate, well-controlled human clinical studies, substantiating that the claims are true at the time they are made.

This is what they are doing when they are advertising this COVID “vaccine” as a remedy that will provide immunity. Their statements are false. Check out www.clinicaltrials.gov to view the trials they are currently working on without your knowledge or compensation.

Immunity: Protection from an infectious disease. If you are immune to a disease, you can be exposed to it without becoming infected.

Vaccine: A product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease. Vaccines are usually administered through needle injections, but can also be administered by mouth or sprayed into the nose.

Remember, these cannot be mandated under the EUA. They need the pandemic emergency to continue in order to administer these “vaccines” otherwise they would have to stop immediately!

~San Juan Basin Health Open Records Request – I have submitted a record request to gain their financials. We deserve to see how much funding they have received to promote these draconian orders and we need to know how much money they have spent, actively fighting AGAINST CJ’s Diner with taxpayer money.

~Town of Pagosa Springs – We are asking them for an updated COVID expense spreadsheet. This shows exactly what they have spent our money on in the hopes that they will get reimbursed for some of it.

~We need ALL HANDS ON DECK! Get your friends involved! Invite them to attend the meetings! Power in Numbers!

Durango Peaceful Demonstrations

If anyone who attended these demonstrations and would like to review video footage in order to complete their affidavits, please contact me directly.

Our Durango Friends are trying to get their group together too so if you have any friends near that area, get them in contact with Cam Formby (white_slumber@yahoo.com)!

Upcoming Council Seats - Start networking and creating a list of individuals that you would like to see replace a few of our Town Council Members (2022/2024 respectively). We need better leadership and need to start now.

Sheriff Candidate – It is time to replace our Sheriff. We deserve a Sheriff who takes his Oath seriously and will not be swayed to play political games with our freedoms. We have a couple of candidates in mind to run so brainstorm fundraising, campaign etc. The time for change is NOW.

LOCATION: Fort Lewis Sportsplex Parking Lot. We will meet here and then walk down to the hillside.

BRING: Your FRIENDS, FAMILY, signs, posters, American Flag. Please no political signs or flags. We want the message to be clear, we say NO to these dictators and draconian orders! No more masks!

We asked them to go back to in person meetings during the last council. It is time to go back to in person meetings! Also, getting on those calls is so important even if you don’t make a public comment. They see how many people are dialed in, listening to them. We need all the attendees we can get!

Sheriff Candidate – Start thinking about potential donors, fundraising etc. The time is NOW for change! We have a candidate in mind but it is imperative that we get everyone on board and get the ball rolling!

Follow up with the Commissioners – We had introduced a Resolution similar to the one Monument County adopted to the BOCC. They have yet to add it as an agenda item to vote on. Let’s follow up with our fellow Commissioner’s to step up and make this County a Sanctuary County against these tyrannical government orders. In 2019, the BOCC passed Amendment 2019-36 which is a 2^nd Amendment Preservation Act that allows Archuleta County to resist any action that would limit our 2^nd Amendment Right. They have been ignoring that while allowing the State and County officials to remove more of our Constitutional Rights by hiding behind these muzzles. This resolution would further protect our rights and they are required to uphold their oath of office and do whatever they can to fight for our rights. We need to demand their action on this.
