You will have the opportunity to sign up to make comments at the meeting.

Come prepared, respectful and ready to defend our children!

No more unlawful mandates.

No more MASKING of our children in ANY setting.

These unlawful mandates have caused irreparable damage to our children and we can no longer let this happen.

Let’s stop this medical discrimination.

Each district and school have the authority to implement the guidelines according to their needs “With this in mind, the state has let all statewide school-based health orders and mandates expire and instead has adopted a guidance model designed to empower local public health and local leaders to protect their communities using the mitigation strategies most appropriate to local conditions.”

The Healthy & Wise Mission Statement: The Healthy & Wise was created to inspire others to know their rights, keep their business open and to empower them to take action and fight back against tyranny. We promote freedom and health.

We are a grass-roots community group that provides education, resources and creates community involvement.

Laws that Protect your Rights – Remember, the Constitution does not GIVE you rights – it PROTECTS your God-given, natural born rights, from the government.

The Bill of Rights contains the Amendments to the Constitution and as a Business Owner, the following are important:

Amendment I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. This means, people have the right to gather, including in your place of business.

Amendment IV: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. This means, no government agent can enter your business without your permission or without a warrant.

Amendment V: No person shall be held to answer for capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without compensation. This means, your business or your professional license cannot be taken unless a court orders it, after a trial.

Amendment XIV: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; Nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. This means, the shutdown orders were unconstitutional, null and void.

Vaccine Locations – San Juan Basin Health will be back at the Community Center starting August 12th and continuing every Thursday through September. They are also located at the Farmers Market every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
