I thank you all for keeping up the fight!

You guys have been amazing and I am so encouraged by all the action and the information you all decipher and share!

I cannot do this without you and I love all the support!

It is amazing that we, in this day in age, are having to fight for our freedoms once again.

It is so worth the fight to me!

School Board

Next meeting is September 14, 2021 at 6pm – Middle School (309 Lewis Street)

Dr. Kym is still “requiring” masks to be worn on the busses. She cites the Federal Transit Authority as her guide to forcing your children to wear muzzles.

The Federal Transit Authority does not make law.

They regulate established laws. This would include Title VI of the Civil Rights Act Title VI.

Title VI states “The Federal Transit Administration works to ENSURE nondiscriminatory transportation in support of our mission…and ensuring their compliance with Title VI requirements”.

Take a closer look at the FTA Code of Regulations, Part 37.5 – “However, an entity shall not refuse to provide service to an individual with disabilities solely because the individual’s disability results in appearance or involuntary behavior that may offend, annoy, or inconvenience employees of the entity or other persons.

Take a look at the Supreme Court case Troxel v Granville

This case upheld the 14th Amendment – “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

Also, Hearn & United States v. Muskogee Public Schools upheld freedom of religion!

Your rights cannot be taken away without due process of law. You as a FREE American, are FREE to live without fear of being denied these rights you are born with!

Exemptions also NEVER went away during this “pandemic”.

The U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS) March 28, 2020 Bulletin clearly stated “At the beginning of the COVID-19 public health emergency, the HHS Office for Civil Rights (OCR) made clear that civil rights laws remain in effect during disasters or emergencies, including the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Your Rights are NEVER suspended.

Print these Codes.

Learn them and keep with you.

Employee’s, I ENCOURAGE you to keep standing strong and push back on employers who are trying to coerce you into getting the jab or take weekly testing.

You have sovereignty over your own body!

Folk Fest

I hope everyone who has a ticket to go, goes and enjoys the awesome live music!

This is the time for our County Commissioners and Sheriff to uphold their recently signed resolution – which reaffirmed their duty to uphold our Constitutional Rights.

Folk Fest is being held in a publicly funded park and this event is open to everyone.

Condition of entry cannot be based on medical status or unlawful medical procedures. Do not allow this to happen!

Leydon v. Greenwich set precedent that your 1st Amendment Rights are protected, especially on publicly funded land.

It is time for our Officials to uphold their Oaths and remember they represent us. Their sole job is to protect our rights.

If you are anything like me, I would email the Commissioners, Sheriff and the Town Council to have them confirm that your rights will be upheld and that you will not be denied entry based on these unlawful conditions of entry.
