Remember, you are INVOKING your rights, you are not asking for them.
If they put you on unpaid leave, you immediately file for unemployment.
Then you make a claim with the EEOC.
If you are just starting this process, get everything in writing and please reach out to me for assistance!
The shot, the mask and the test are under the EUA and fall under your exemption.
If you have not already, please get familiar with TITLE VII
There is no such thing as a “voluntary resignation”.
Invoke your rights and notify your employers that you are exempt from any activities or behaviors that conflict with your religious, ethical or moral sincerely held beliefs.
Lets do the accommodation process!
Muzzling Kids in Schools
No one but YOU, the parent, has the legal authority over your children. The school board has NO legal authority to mandate medicine or tell your children to put a muzzle on their faces. Their job is to educate your children and that’s another story itself!
The Federal Transit Authority does NOT make law. They only REGULATE established law.
Putting a muzzle on your child’s face while riding public transportation is unlawful and violates not only your rights, but also well established laws.
Title VI states “The Federal Transit Administration works to ENSURE nondiscriminatory transportation in support of our mission…and ensuring their compliance with Title VI requirements”.
Take a closer look at the FTA Code of Regulations, Part 37.5 – “However, an entity shall not refuse to provide service to an individual with disabilities solely because the individual’s disability results in appearance or involuntary behavior that may offend, annoy, or inconvenience employees of the entity or other persons.

Take a look at the Supreme Court case Troxel v Granville
This case upheld the 14th Amendment – “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Also, Hearn & United States v. Muskogee Public Schools upheld freedom of religion!
Your rights cannot be taken away without due process of law. You as a FREE American, are FREE to live without fear of being denied these rights you are born with!
The next School Board meeting:
Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 6pm. Held in the Middle School Library.
Two of the school board members were just recently sworn back in because they had no applicants. We need to get on these boards to create positive change!
