We are UNITING together by being defiant – – Defiance NOT Compliance!

The Declaration of Independence – “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness”.

I continue to encourage you to fight back…do not quit your job because of your moral beliefs – DEFEND them and fight back! These exemptions protect your sincerely held moral and ethical beliefs. Hold them accountable. If you quit, they are no longer liable.  We are seeing more and more reports of individuals and entities fighting back against these unlawful actions. Stay strong my friends!


Employers are bound by law and are required to follow the law.

Such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The EEOC confirms in Section 12 – Employees’ religious views are generally not in dispute and easily established. Below I have attached the most important parts of this section.


Title VII requires an employer, once on notice, to reasonably accommodate an employee whose SINCERELY held religious belief.

Remember, you already have a legal federal exemption – you are asking for an accommodation as required by law.

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act – This section prohibits any entity that receives federal funding from discriminating against you.

Title IV of the Civil Rights Act – This section prohibits discrimination in public schools and higher education.
