Covid seems to be our giant doesn’t it?
That things have spiraled so out of control that there is no way up?

We are seeing wins in court. We are seeing others start to wake up and reach out to also receive education and knowledge.
We must continue to embrace and give grace. Let’s be that source of light to others in need.

Run for Archuleta County Commissioner! We are in desperate need of a Commissioner who will uphold their oaths to defend the rights of those who elected them into that position. A commissioner who will not be easily motivated by power and money, but will lead with truth and integrity.

Tuesday, November 2, 2021 @5pm – In person. We must keep on them for the unlawful activities they allowed on publicly funded parks. This sets a dangerous precedent that we cannot allow from our elected officials.

Tuesday, November 9, 2021 @6pm – They will be announcing the vacancy for District 5 (down 84). They also need to clarify that they are not partaking in the Test-To-Stay program – Dr. Kym was misleading when she stated they do not receive an incentive for this program – See the details HERE Maybe this should be clarified during this meeting.

Definition of ‘mandate’ – Black’s Law Dictionary 11th Edition
“Roman & Civil Law. A written command given by a principal to an agent; specif., a commission or contract by which one person (the mandator – *so like a governor) requests someone (the mandatary – *so like you and me) to perform some service gratuitously, the commission becoming effective when the mandatary agrees.”
This means that a ‘mandate’ does NOT become effective unless YOU accept it. If you do not accept the terms, it is null. Once you comply, wearing masks/testing/quarantining/shots, you agree. A ‘mandate’ is NOT a law.
STOP complying!
Employers are bound by law and are required to follow the law.
Such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
The EEOC confirms in Section 12 – Employees’ religious views are generally not in dispute and easily established. Below I have attached the most important parts of this section.
EEOC+Interpretation+of+Title+
Title VII requires an employer, once on notice, to reasonably accommodate an employee whose SINCERELY held religious belief.
Remember, you already have a legal federal exemption – you are asking for an accommodation as required by law.
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act – This section prohibits any entity that receives federal funding from discriminating against you.
Title IV of the Civil Rights Act – This section prohibits discrimination in public schools and higher education.
