Like I always say, don’t believe the headlines! Dig deeper and go to the source! Do not fret my Friends, I am not taking a hiatus or a break in any way. I am still very much active bringing you information and consulting individuals in their rights and the laws that protect them. What HAS changed? Weekly Monday evening meetings are on hold for now. I will personally keep you updated on that so keep reading those newsletters! Don’t let that get you down! You have the tools and resources that I have provided you to continue the great work you are doing! Just as I am! When I founded The Healthy & Wise llc, I wanted to share the knowledge I have and provide the resources so that you may be confident in fighting against the tyranny we have experienced the last two years. I see so many of you doing just that! Positive changes have and continue to happen because YOU are using that knowledge! Now, where can you still find me, you ask? I love requesting records and have done quite a few in the last two years. If your local School Board, County Commissioners or Town Officials are reluctant to voluntarily provide the information you are asking for, submit an Open Records Request! I can help if you have questions about submitting your very own request! My current Open Records Request I sent to Archuleta County School District and the State of Colorado Department of Education:

1) The LEA Use of Funds Plan Archuleta County School District 50JT (Code 0220) submitted to the State of Colorado.

2) Archuleta County School District 50JT (Code 0220) 2020/2021 annual financial report including but not limited to; CRF funding, ESSER I, II and III Funding.
