What a week this has been! We have seen so many wins and it is because of YOU who have gotten involved to make positive changes! Thank you to all those who email, call, write and have become the voice to stop the tyranny.

Here are a couple of huge WINS we saw this week!
- Jimmy’s court case against him was DISMISSED! Archuleta Friends, if you have been following this story, this is huge and a step in the right direction!
- CA SB871 has been defeated! This bill would have required the shot for all k-12 students to attend school in-person and removed the personal belief exemptions
- Another successful religious accommodation happened in WI! This one was the most difficult by far but they persevered and won! Employers are still trying their tactics to stay diligent and knowledgeable in your rights!
Also this week we saw that the CDC extended their airline muzzle rule for another 15 days. Remember when it was 15 days to flatten the curve?

The CDC does NOT make law!
Just as Florida Federal Judge described TODAY in her ruling against the CDC requirement stating that the rule “exceeded the CDC’s statutory authority, improperly invoked the good case exception to notice and comment rulemaking, and failed to adequately explain its decisions”.
Florida Judge Declares Unlawful and Vacates
Let’s see how many more States follow.
Remember, the State has delegated powers to the Federal government, not the other way around.
