The Healthy & Wise Meeting Recap The most important topic I addressed last night was the propaganda that is being spread at schools, to your children. Parents, are you aware that San Juan Basin Health and the Schools are coercing your children to become slaves to further their agenda? If you are aware, what are you doing about it? The Test-To-Stay Program was a bust so now they are moving on to the Jr. Heroes Challenge Taken directly from their advertisement:

"No one knows how to speak to your peers better than you! This project aims to share scientific, trustworthy information about COVID-19 and the COVID-19 vaccines, address misinformation, and encourage dialogue. Explore the intersection of science and art to promote community health!

Participants will receive a $100 gift card as an incentive for participation. Teams of 3 or more will receive a maximum of $300 total in gift cards."

Excuse me. What? Definition of 18 U.S.C. 2422 HUMAN TRAFFICKING - "... the threat or use of force, fraud, or COERCION to obtain commercial sex acts, labor, or other services". Let's not forget to mention, this is directed at MINORS - 12-17 year old kids. Without parental consent! CALLING ALL PARENTS, CONCERNED NEIGHBORS, FRIENDS, GRANDPARENTS ETC! *Attend the School Board meeting TONIGHT - January 11, 2022 - at 6:00pm and let them know that we will not allow this propaganda to be spread to our children* This does not belong in our schools. Ben Franklin said "Our cause is the cause of all mankind…we are fighting for their liberty in defending our own.” So yes, this is cause for ALL OF US to RISE UP and defend our Community.

OSHA & The Supreme Court

I reminded everyone that the federal government does NOT have the power to issue a jab mandate.

The executive branch is only given the power to enforce – NOT MAKE – law. The Supreme Court does not make law. They issue their opinions on established laws.

Congress makes law and we have seen Congress has had nothing to do with OSHA’s unlawful rule.

This is exactly why we have Constitutional protections and safeguards, even during national emergencies. Our rights are NEVER suspended.

OSHA has LIMITED authority and that authority does not give them the power to regulate general health hazards or general life hazards.

OSHA has NEVER regulated something like this before.

The Founders of this Country intended for the government that we interact with daily to be more local, more accountable and closer to the governed.

This is why I say we MUST start locally to make change.

Remember, state powers trump federal powers. This is why we are seeing so many states refuse to comply with this unlawful measure being imposed on us.

No, Emergencies Do Not Last For Two Years Lianne

Liane Jollon was quoted in the paper that she was reminding people we are still in an emergency and it could last as long as she needed it to last.

The answer to that is NO.

If you break your arm, you are not in the emergency room for two years, are you?

We have let her get away with becoming a tyrant.

We need to stop complying.

If you put on a mask because you don’t want to “deal” with being confronted. You are complying.

If you put on a mask to go into a medical office – you are complying.

If you do not speak up against what is going on – you are complying.

Thomas Jefferson said “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent”.

So, how do we get over our own fears? When it is too late?

Thomas Jefferson said it best “A FREE people claim their rights, as derived from the law of nature, and NOT as the gift of their chief Magistrate”

Archuleta Schools are in need of HELP! Another school in our district has shut down for a week due to staffing issues. This is an opportunity for the members in this Community to Rise & Shine! The education of our kids is so important! If there are those who can become Substitute Teachers or perhaps a bus driver part time, that would be a great way to serve this Community. If the last two years have taught us anything, it has taught us that we need to be prepared. We need to have a plan in place for when things go awry. This was an unfortunate problem that the Community nor our Commissioners were made aware of. I reached out to the County Commissioners and asked them to help Dr. Kym in getting better prepared for situations such as these. TOGETHER we must think ahead and outside of the box. I believe that we are a Community that will jump to action to help where needed! This will keep happening to our kids unless we roll up our sleeves and take action. We need YOU! You can help serve by becoming a Substitute or a bus driver. We are paving the way for those who come behind us. Let's leave a legacy! Here are the details for becoming a sub!

To qualify for a 1-year substitute authorization, you must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, have a current fingerprint-based criminal history report/background check on file with CDE and attest to having successful experience working with children. Ideal for anyone recent college graduates, career-changers and anyone interested in serving their communities and its students! You are also eligible to receive a $300 stipend! Patient Advocacy We have seen a huge need to advocate for patients, especially our elders. It is so important to have a plan in place! This is a sample of a Durable Medical POA for Health Care. Please do your own research and be sure that your form of template complies with state law requirements. There are 4 states that have strict requirements for basic Power of Attorney for Health Care: New Hampshire, Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin. This requires two witnesses and must be signed notarized. Make copies and give to your Agent (POA) and Alternate Agent and keep copies in a safe place and keep a copy in your car. Be prepared. Ask your witness/witnesses to draft an Affidavit (and get it notarized) stating that the principal was of sound mind and that they were present when the principle verbally expressed their concerns and distrust with the medical system and made known their wishes and demands to you as to how they wish to be cared for by medical staff.
